How It Works
You find a home you love, with my help.
I write your offer with my fee set at a flat $4,000 + HST, and the difference in commission deducted from the purchase price.
If the seller agrees, you pay less up front.
This depends on the seller agreeing to the price reduction.The flat fee of $4,000 plus applicable HST applies only where the Buyer is shown fewer than 20 properties during the term of the Buyer Representation Agreement.
An Example
Example only
On a $900,000 home where the seller offers $22,500 to the buyer's agent, the offer would be reduced by about $18,500, to about $881,500.
